In a survey deployed in 11 nations (with responses from 11,000 participants), 94.3% of all guardians throughout the survey recognize the importance "fundamental academic skills". However, there were large divergences in comprehension satisfaction rate for "fundamental academic skills" among different nations, so a global standard for "fundamental academic skill evaluation" is thought to be necessary.
Looking at the fundamental academic skill evaluation results, "fundamental academic skills" are reported as an essential element for all of the surveyed nations. Additionally, most nations with a high ranking for average correct student test answers report fundamental academic skills as being important.

Throughout all 11 surveyed nations, most guardians and children responded, "Academic skill level should be periodically evaluated." Additionally, the guardians who responded, "Computers and tablets should be used in studying," and children who responded, "If we get to study with computers and tablets, I would be more enthusiastic about studying," were in the majority, and studying using software and apps on computers and tablets will probably become mainstream moving forward.
